ENGLISH SCHOOLBOYS. APPRECIATION' OF KINDNESS. Tli« Governor-General, Sir Charles FerpusMoii, received the following telegram from the directors of the English Public School boys' Empire tour, prior to the departure of the party from New Zealand: "Directors and boys who took part in the Empire tour desire to conTpy thanks for much kindness to your Excellency and her Excellency personally, and through you. to the Government and people of New Zealand." His Excellency has replied as follows: "Thank you for your telegram, which I will convey to all concerned, and ■which will be appreciated. Your visit las. [ know, been a pleasure to the Government and people of New Zealand, and on their behalf and my own I wish you all a pleasant voyage aud a happy return to your homes."
