BOARD OF Y.M.C.A.
At tlie monthly meeting of directors of the Y.M.C.A., held on Monday, Mr. t. H. Furness occupied the chair. It wai) noted that the 9th annual convention was to be heid in Wellington an April 2 and 3. Delegates were appointed. The reports showed that- the boys' work was starting at full strength. A camp reunion had" been held, when 153 campers and parents were present. The camp report showed that a record number of 273 had attended, the daily average attendance being 120. Transfers were approved of 21 older boys to the Young Men's Division. It was reported that the Younger Men's Division had established a cabinet of 15 members, which had undertaken the whole o: the activities for the year. The gymnasium report gave evidence of a particularly strong year's programme, ail the classes showing big enrolments. The resignations of Mr. F. W. Bridges position of byos' work director of the ceived. Mr. Bridges having accepted the position of boys work director or the Dunedm Association. Appreciation was expressed for the splendid service rendered bv him.
