PRICE OF CEMENT.

NO GENERAL ALTERATION. The secretary of Wilsons Portland Cement Company informed a "Star" representative that the reduced price submitted to the Mount Albert Borough Coucil, amounting to a reduction of 6/8 per ton below the standard price, was a special quotation to a public body. The reduction does not affect the geijeral quotation which the company is making for cement at the present time. The firm had merely done what it had done in other instances, namely, made a special quotation to a public body.
