STALIN LOSING POWER. (Australian aad N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 10.30 a.m.) PARIS, March 5. "Bolshevism is dead. Stalin is losing: power and Trotsky is politically dead." said Kerensky in an interview with the "Quotidien."' He is certain the present regime in Russia will be modified. There will not be the usual coup d'etat but a new system of Government will gradually be born as the result of progressive evolution. RUSSIAN CARS. HUGE FACTORY TO BE BUILT.
