NEW GRANDSTAND.

WELLINGTON'S £25,000 STRUCTURE. READY FOR RUGBY SEASON. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. The foundation-stone of the new grandstand at Athletic Park was laid late yesterday afternoon by Mr. A. F. Wiren. president of the Wellington Rugby Union. It will seat 4000 people, and it is expected to be completed before the last Saturday in April. The cost is approximately £25,000.
