COMMITTED FOR TRIAL

William Gibson (17), a motor driver, and Roy Gordon Capel (17), a motor painter, appeared at the Police Court this morning, each charged with committing rape on a girl of 18 years at Heme Bav on January 27. Gibson '(for whom Mr. G. H. Wallace appeared) and Capel (represented by Mr. Nevrtillr) denied all knowledge of the alleged offence when they were interviewed and arrested by Detective Moon, •who gave evidence.
