THE MEDICAL CONFERENCE.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The conference of the New 1 Zealand branch of the British Medical Association to-day decided that the next annual conference would be held in Christchurch.
Dr. T. Mill, of Christciiurch, was unanimously designated president-elect. Sir Donald McGavin was re-elected chairman. The council for the ensuing year and the members of the executive committee 'were re-elected.
A meeting of New Zealand graduates in medicine, held in conjunction with the Medical Conference, passed a resolution urging on the Government the immediate necessity of establishing an up-to-date obstetrical hospital adjacent to the Dunedin Hospital, for more efficient midwifery training for the future doctors of the Dominion.
