(Ii y Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", Friday. The third annual free fair in aid of the Hamilton Beautifying Society and I'luiikct Society was opened by Air. .1. A. Voting. AI.C., this afternoon, at the Ferry Bank. Hamilton. Air. Young paid tribute to the two institutions concerned. which, he said, deserved the support of every citizen. The fair was continued this afternoon, when the judging for the different events took place.
