NO SIGN OB 1 BREAK. Arctic Weather Conditions In Europe. SUFFERING IN RUMANIA.

There is no sign of a break in the Arctic-like weather. The intense cold has been accentuated by snowstorms and heavy easterly gales throughout Britain.

A message from Warsaw states that forest guards near Lublin found an entire band of gipsies comprising 34 men, women and children frozen to death.

The temperature in parts of Rumania is 45 degrees below zero, and entire families have been frozen to death in that country.
