The English cricketers to-day concluded their match against Balla'rat, ih* game ending in a draw.

When stumps were drawn on Saturday the visitors had made 347 runs far seven wickets, Leyland (Gl) and Hobbe (22) being the not out men. The score was raised to 493 for nine wickete when Chapman declared the inning closed. °

Bennetts' average was seven wickete for 127 runs.
