STEAMERS ICEBOUND.
WEST BALTIC TBOZEN. (Australian Press Assn.—United Service.) (Received 9 a.m.) BERLIN, February 10. The West Baltic Sea is icebound. The ice is pettin? worse, in spite ot jne efforts of two pre-dreadnought battleships. Twenty ships are marooned, and all the harbours are icebound.
