NO BREWERY LICENSE.
CONDITIONS IN ASHBtJRTON. CABINET DECIDES. v (By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. Cabinet has had under consideration an application for a brewery license in in view of changed electoral boundaries having brought the area into a license electorate. The Premier states that Cabinet's decision is not to grant a license. Questioned regarding the club charter application. Sir Joseph Ward stated that this had not been before the Government.
