CATCHES AT CAPE BRETT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) RUSSELL, this day. The veteran fisherman Mr. G. S. Reade has arrived from Auckland to again enjoy the sport of fighting the big fish. He is over 80 years of age. Mr. A. Fenwick, of Kenya Colony, landed a mako of 2051b. Mr. J. Thomas, of Sydney, finished up his deep-sea angling by adding a mako of 2271b, and a kingfish of 481b to his score. Mr. Balfour Brown, of Scotland, caught a swordfish of 2551b and a hammerhead shark of 3681b.
