NAVAL CONSTRUCTION.

The Chamber of Deputies, without a debate, passed the Naval Construction Bill providing for the laying down before June 30 of one 10,000-ton cruiser, six 2400-ton destroyers and six 1500-ton submarines, as well as a minelayer and several dispatch vessels and tankers.
