SIRKENHEAD BOROUGH COUNCIL.
The final meeting for 1928 of the Birkenhead Borough Council was held last evening. The Mayor, Mr. E- 6. Skeatee, presided.
Dressing Shed.—The superintendent of the Harbour Board wrote regretting that the board would not see it* way to accede to the request to lease the ground adjacent to the wharf to provide dressing accommodation for bathers. No objection would be raised to the sheds being erected on the area already leased to the council.
