Owners Consider Means Of
Extension.

RUGBY, November 30.
A meeting of colliery owner* to further consider the possibility of co-ordina-tion and extending the existing coal marketing schemes was attended yesterday' by influential representatives of every one of the larger British coalfields, as well as by members from smaller districts.
The meeting had before It reports of the progress which is being made in the formulation of schemes in certain districts and the development of existing schemes, and discussed practicable arrangements for co-ordination of the distrist arrangements which were carried a stage further. An official report of the proceedings says that there is every reason to be satisfied with the progress which is being made.
