BURGLAR OUTLAWS. Leader Designs Execution Of Ministers. REGULAR ARMY READY. (United Service.) LONDON, November 26. The Belgrade correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian" reports that a message from Sofia says the regular army is marching on the Petritch district to prevent Mikhailoff, leader of the komitadji, going to Sofia to execute hostile Ministers. Bulgarian refugees believe the Government is not able to deal with Mikhailoff and is merely moving troops to cover the continued assassinations of the late General Protogeroff's followers. They say the message was sent from Sofia to convince the world that action has been taken to suppress the komitadji.
