"LINDY" CANARD.
UNTRUE RUMOUR OF DEATH. (Australian and K.Z. Frees Association.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 25. Untrue rumours that Colonel Lindbergh, the American aviator, has been killed in an airplane accident in Mexico where he has been spending a holiday, have caused considerable excitement. Verified information from Tampico, Mexico, indicates, however, that he is safe and departed early to-day for the United States by air.
