The steamship Johanna Dybwad, a recent visitor at Boston, carries as a mascot a cat named Johnnie, possessor of "running light eyes," Its starboard. one 13 green and its port one red, a freak of nature noticeable in the daytime and strikingly marked at night. The crew of the Dybwad believe no ship ever carried a more appropriate pet around the Seven Seas.
