"KAISER MOUSTACHE" DISAPPEARS.

The famous "Kaiser moustache," pointed sharply skyward, has almost disappeared from the German scene. Since the former ruler took to chin ■whiskers the vertical variety, once the hallmark of Prussian smartness, has lost out completely. The style had a long and interesting history. Francois Eaby, a member of a poor Huguenot family, made a fortune by inventing a device to train the "Kaiser moustache." It was Oount von Huelsen-Haeseler, back i£. the '9C's, who introduced, .gie style entourage.
