It comprises a FIRST Mortgage over valuable Auckland City Property equal to the amount of the Issue. It is further secured over Plant, Machinery, Stocks, etc., valued at more than the total amount of the Issue. The cover of assets against the Debenture Issue is equal to £2/5/- FOR EVERY £1, and, in addition, it is fully guaranteed by a strong New Zealand Company with a paid-up Capital of £100,000 and whose net assets are far above the amount of their Capital.
