LECKIE RESTING HIS HAND. FOtl SYDNEY IN JANUARY. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star. 1 ') DUNEDIN, this day. It i 3 now- certain that Johnny Leckie will leave for Australia at the beginning of the year to meet La Barba, Willie Smith and Billy Grime. With a few weeks' rest his injured hand should be all right again. In the meantime ho is working at his trade as a plasterer and keeping in form.
