Veitch and E. A. Ransom are regarded as absolute certainties. Auckland will have to have two seats, and the names of Messrs. Donald, Stallworthy and Jenkins are
most frequently mentioned. It is assumed , that Mr. Taverner will give Otago its I representation. A very general wish is I expressed that Mr. Wilkinson should be B included in the Cabinet, and the opinion B is expressed that Sir Joseph will find it ■ very hard, to omit Mr. Atmore, I!
