"NEW ZEALAND SPORTING AND DRAMATIC REVIEW." Bright and Attractive Illustrations. This week's issue of the "New Zealand Sporting and Dramatic Review"' is charmingly illustrated. The photographs are particularly attractive, featuring a coloured supplement of Peter Bingen, winner of the New Zealand Trotting Cup. The centre pages display patrons on the lawn at the Canterbury Jockey Club's spring meetinp. The opening of jhe Auckland Yachting season is the subject of a fine page of snaps showing the starts and finishes of the various events. Prominence is given to the Otahuhvi Trotting Club's gathering at Alexandra Park, and readers will be attracted to the vivid pictures of the contests at interesting stages. Recent events that have special pictorial treatment are laying the foundation stone of the new wing of the Mater Hospital by Cardinal Cerretti, Auckland interhouse girls' sports carnival, and the Otago amateur sports carnival at Forbury Park. The miscellaneous division is exceptionally varied, including dogs of the polar expedition, Wilton sheep fair, the finish of the Melbourne Cup, Army manoeuvres in England, sport abroad, trotting nt Addington, a picturesque frontispiece, stage, motion pictures, and fashions. The "Review" , is on sale at all booksellers and stationers.
