NEW ZEALAND REPRESENTATIVE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, Tuesday. The Marlborough Aero Club has appointed its president, Mr. H. R. Dix as delegate to the International Civil •™?™5 ca l Conference to be held at Washington in December. Mr. Dix will leave by the Aorangi from Auckland on November 20. He has agreed also to represent the Auckland Club.
