TT .P? c P ldemie of vituperation against the United party seems to be increasing as election day draws near, and both Reform and Labour are using all their efforts to endeavour to hoodwink the public that there are only two parties, when almost every man or woman one mentions election to stresses the point that a radical change is needed—a change from extreme Labour on the one hand and an incompetent Government on the other. The public is the best judge, however, and the wave of Liberalism (although now called the United party) is sweeping not only through our city - roTlg ? Ut the D °minion. If the United party is such a conglomeration of "inepts" as i s opponents wish us to believe, whv waste time on them? PROSPERITY.
