A large number of fish have been tagged by the Department of Internal Attain and the Department desires the co-opera-tion of anglers in noting particulars «I tagged fish caught by thein. The tags, which are of metal, are about a quarter of an inch long, and have tha letters I.A. stamped on one side and a number on the other, and are attached te the rear enu of the dorsal fin close to the hsh s back. The Department is issuing printed cat# to anglers in order to assist theia in netiaj the required particulars. The cards, together with the envelop* niay be obtained from any Ranger of tha Department, or any person authorised <* issue licenses in the Taupo District. On entering the particulars required, tht card is to be handed to any Ranger of tha department, or person authorised to it** licenses in the Tatipo District, for dispatch to the Conservator of Fish and Ga* Rotorua.
