I noticed in your report of the One Treo Hill Road Board's meeting on Wednesday last that .a proposal to form the (district into a S°° rejected b T * wta of frur to indicated that by doing so an iririnued revenue orabout £1000 a year could lie receded by the change, I think this decision* extraordinary, l think it .is encumbent upon tlh e board to call the ratepayers together and ejc plain the position at the earliest possible ■' ..
