CANADIAN TRAVELLER ARRIVED.
MATJI POMAEB TO SAIL. The only overseas arrival at Auckland to-day was the Canadian Traveller from Montreal. There are no further vessels due until Monday, when there will be a fairly heavy influx, including the Norfolk "from London, the Trongate from Texas, and the Port Darwin from South for homeward loading. Yesterday afternoon the Mamma and Hiinnington Court were dispatched for Sydney, while the Canadian Highlander Jeft for the South shortly after mid-day to-day. The Wingatui sails at 5 p.m. to-day for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. The Kaimanawa left Westport at S a.m. yesterday for Auckland, and ou arrival here will berth at the King's wharf. The Waimea arrived at Napier from Gisborne at 12.30 p.m. yesterday. She is to leave there for Auckland at 0 p.m. to-day, and is due here to-morrow, berthing at the Prince's wharf. The Kurow arrived at Lyttelton at C.30 a.m. yesterday, and leaves there this afternoon for Auckland, via Wellington and I'iefon. After discharge here she is to go to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. The Balls Head is due from Greymouth at 7.30 p.m. to-day, and is to sail again for Greymouth on Monday evening, to load another cargo for Auckland. 'The steamer Mokola, which was built byDenny Brothers on the Clyde in ISOS for the Union Steam Ship Company, and which has been laid up since transporting during the war, was berthed at Port Chalmers yesterday to be dismantled and broken up. Tlio Mokoia's gross tonnage is 3502 and her length is 330 ft, with a beam of 43ft. The Eichardson steamer Awahou is due from the Coast at middny to-morrow and will berth at the Central wharf. The vessel will go on the slip for cleaning and | painting on Monday morning and will be I refloated again in the afternoon. After loading at Central wharf she is to be dispatched for Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay I and Gisborne on Tuesday evening. MATAROA DELAYED. L. D. Nathan, Ltd., advise that the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mataroa has been delayed in the South, and will not reach Auckland for Homeward loading until November 20. From here she is to so to Wellington to fill up, sailing finally for London from that port on November 30. \ TRON.GATH WITH SULPHUR. With a full cargo of sulphur from Galveston, Texas, the steamer Trongatc is due at Auckland at mid-day on Monday. Tho local portion of her cargo will be discharged at the King's wharf to the agency of Robert Millar and Co., and the remainder is for Lyttelton and Australian ports. RUAHINE'S PASSENGERS. MATAKANA TO SAIL. In continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, the Shaw, Saviil and Albion steamer Matakana is to sail for Wellington, Lyttclton, and Uunedin this afternoon. ARAPAWA TO RESUME. Repairs to the Northern Co.'s steamer Arapawa arc almost completed and she is announced to leave Onehunga for Wanganui at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. H.M.S. DIOMEDE REPORTED. On her return voyage from England H.M.s. Diomede is reported to have arrived at Suva from Honolulu yesterday atternoon. She is to leave there on Wednesday next and is due. here on November IJ. TOA RETURNING. The Northern Co.'s steamer Toa,. which has been relieving on the West Coast, is due at Auckland from Hokiangu on Monday morning to resume running iu the wnaKatane service. She is to sail for Whakutane at 4 p.m. on Tuesday. W'IRRAL SAILS MONDAY. The departure of the New Zealand Shipping Co.'s chartered steamer Wirral tor Wellington, Lyttclton and Duucdin, in continuation of her voyage from Montreal, has been postponed till Monday. MARAMA SAILED. With 154 passenger, as well as mail and cargo, the Union Company's intercolonial steamer Marama left Auckland for Sydney yesterday afternoon. The vessel is due at Sydney on Tuesday and is to sail next p Friday on her return trip to Auckland. NORFOLK DUE MONDAY. Due at Auckland on Monday evening from London, via Suva, the Federal steamer Norfolk is to berth at the Queen s wharf to unload the local portion of her cargo. From here she is to go to Welling: ton to complete discharge. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels are expected to be within range of the Auckland wireless station:—Tonight: Matakana, Tort Darwin. To-night and Sunday: Tofua, Trongate, Canadian Conqueror, Nauru Cluct, Golden Rod, Waipahi, Hanuington Court, Maui Pomarc, Canadian Highlander, Marama. WAIPAHI W'ITH FRUIT. An expected arrival at Auckland on Tuesday morning is the Union . Company s steamer Waipahi, with fruit from Suva for discharge at the King's wharf. She is scheduled to sail on Tuesday evening for Portland to load cement for Wellington and Lyttelton. EASTMOOR CLEARED COLON, Cabled advice from Colon states that the Canadian National Line's chartered steamer Eastmoor, en route from Montreal to New Zealand, cleared there on Thursday. Her ports of discharge arc Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Duucdin, and she is due hero on November 27. PORT DARWIN TO LOAD. Leaving New Plymouth to-day, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Darwin is due at Auckland on Monday, and will berth on arrivel at the Queen's, wharf to continue Homeward loading. She is to leavo here asain on Tuesday for Gisborne, Napier, and Wellington, and is announced to sail finally for London from Wellington on November 23. Arriving from Monteral this morning the Canadian National steamer Canadian Traveller anchored in the stream for the Canadian Highlander to vacate her berth at the Prince's wharf. The latter vessel was to sail early this afternoon for Wellington, Lvttelton, Timaru and Dunedin to put out the remainder of her cargo, while the Canadian Traveller will discharge here and at Wellington. RARAWA RESUMES. Her overhaul completed, the Northern Co.'s steamer Rarawa sailed this afternoon for Onehunga to take up her running in the Onchunga-New Plymouth ■ passenger "service. She is to leave Onehunga for New Plymouth at 4 p.m. on Monday. The Ngnpuhi. which has been relieving the Rarawa, left Onehunga this afternoon and is due here on Monday morning. On Monday evening she is to sail for Taurnnga, replacing the Matangi, which will be laid up again. NOBEL'S FLEET, Mr. C. E. Campbell has received advice that the Nobel auxiliary schooner Huia reached Sydney'with explosives from Melbourne on Wednesday. From Sydney the vessel will go to Brisbane to complete discharge, and then go to Grafton to load hard-wood for Bluff. Tho auxiliary schooner Piri, from Melbourne, ■ via Gre.vmouth and Wcstport. is expected at Auckland on Monday.- She will complete unloading her explosives cargo and then remain at Auckland to lighter explosives from the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Wellington, which is due from London on November 21.
