Miss Nonie Martin, of Remuera, returned by this morning's express from a holiday at Wanganui.
Mrs. T. E. Wilmot, of Honolulu, is a visitor to the Dominion, and is at Hotel Cargen.

The Rev. and Mrs. Ings, who have recently returned from Scotland, and who have been staying in Palmerston North, have left for Te Aroha.
Mrs. C. F. Bennett and Miss Noreen Bennett, of Auckland, are the guests of Mrs. Fannin, Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North.
Mrs. F. Bankart, who has been visiting Sydney with her husband, returned to Auckland this morning by the Marama.
Lady Myers, accompanied by Miss Eileen Myers and Mr. Kenneth Myers, left this morning on a motoring tour of the North and South Islands.
Mrs. Hugh Campbell, who has been Jn Sydney to meet her sister, Mrs. James Campbell, who has been visiting England, reached Auckland this morning by the Marama.
Mrs. R. Jessel, wife of Lieutenant Jessel, of H.M.s. Diomede, reached Auckland to-day by the Marama, from England. She will be the guest of Mrs. David Nathan, "The Hill," Manurewa.
Miss Gladys Taylor and Mr. Geoffrey Taylor, of Central Otago, who have been the guests of Mrs. Patrick Darby, Ponsonby, are sailing by the Aorangi to-dav for a trip to Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
