SquadronLeader Kingsford Smith is given the rank of Major, Flight-I/ieutenant Ulna that of captain, and Messrs Litchfield and Me William that of lieutenant. The appointment* date from October I 10, the appointees being simultaneously J transferred to the r#erve ofofficere. -
