Trying To Beat U.S. Migration Laws. CLARA BOW'S STEPMOTHER. (United Service.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) VANCOUVER, October 30. Ordered to leave the United States by October 25 on the expiration of her permit, Tui Lorraine Bow, the New Zealander, and stepmother of Clara Bow. the movie star, is attempting a second legal entry into the States as the wife of an American citizen. The immigration files relating to her case have been ordered to be sent here.

A recent message said that immigration officials at Los Angeles cut short the honeymoon of Tui Lorraine, a New Zealand girl, who went to America to be secretary to Miss Clara Bow, and who later married the actress' father. The girl was arrested and charged with entering California, via Mexico two years ago. She was ordered to be deported, and paid a bond of £200 to leave California before October 12.
