DELTA THEATRE CASE.
Attention has been drawn to a possible misunderstanding of the report of the Delta Theatre case, New Lynn. The inspector criticised by his Honor, Mr. Justice Blair, for not inspecting the tunnel after the collapse was not Mr. R. P. H. Mays, clerk of works for the New Lynn Town Board.
