MAY DEFEAT ENDS OF LAW. £?■ (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 2 p.m.) y PARIS, October 29. Pierre Rey, alias Perome Prat, the Marseilles Landru, who advertised in matrimonial columns for his victims whom he robbed and murdered, will probably not live to stand his trial.
