DRIVING LICENSES.
MEDICAL TEST NEEDED.

LONDON, October 20. As the outcome of widespread criticism of the system, whereby motor driving licensee are issued to deaf, blind and epileptics indiscrimir wtely, the London County Council is finally considering whether a test of physical fitness should be imposed. Several recent,, accidents have been responsible for the belated decision.
It is pointed oat that in every country in Europe, except England and Greece, medical and driving teste are carried ont.
