Two motor cars were stolen on Saturday, one. an Essex sedan, being removed from outside Shortland Flats betircn 9.30 and 11.45 p.m. The other ear. *n Auburn, belonging to Mr. F. E. Horiann ot Grange Road, -Mount Eden, was discovered, badly damaged bv fire, at 10 45 p.m on Saturday night.* It had been abandoned in Shore Road, at the bottom ox oeaview Road, Rcniuera.
