TWIN-SCREW FERRY.

TRIALS ON THE CLYDE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 26. The new Diesei electric twin-screw ferry boat which Messrs. Yarrow, of Glasgow, have built for the Argentine Government, underwent successful trial? on the Firth of Clyde on Wednesday. This is the first electrically-propelled vessel fitted with controls from three alternate directions to be built in Britain. Tl® vessel will shortly leave for Buenos Ayres under her own steam, and will go into service on the River Parana.
