I can just imagine you younger girU farZLcombing your favourite doggy, and hunting out a gay ribbon pet day at school. « HU *> «r Unfortunately, hundreds of poor animals are not so luckv as » - How often do we read in the paper of cruelty to horses and dogsbr tELiS* less and careless masters. 1 have seen and heard of such terrible animals that 1 really cannot write to you of j t j, thankful there are such societies as Animal Welfare leagues ** of Cruelty to Animal societies, all doing their noble aad humaneZSk* 11 There is not space in a short letter to enumerate manv of - , friends, but 1 think the most faithful friends to man are his do* *"»7r horse. His dog, that faithful companion of all his moods. Frienk ' may turn against man, but his dog is still faithful. What done for man?
