I didn't know it then, but I soon discovered that they were pumping bullets info Dan's body with a 'silent' gun. "The men ignored me and I couldn't scream. I think I was eo startled that I lost my voice. I waited until they had gone. Then I jumped up and turned on the light. I rushed over to his bed and shook Dan's shoulder. I looked down and saw my hands covered with blood. You see I really loved 'Danny' and I feel sure he loved me."
