ROTOITI TIMBER COMPANY. LOSS ON OPERATIONS. The directors of the Rotoiti Timber C'olnpany have just issued a report covrririg a period of 15 months, ended June 30. This shows a, loss of £419. The directors recommend allocation of this amount as follows:—Dividend at 8 per cent on the capital paid up on 365!) preference shares, £182 10/8; and carry forward the balance of £399 16/9.

COMPANY LAW REVISION. The proposal to erect a modern hotel at Titirangi has assumed definite shape through the flotation of a company, Hotel Titirangi. Ltd., with a nominal . capital of- £50,000.
