REFUSAL OP BCS LICENSE.

! The decision of the Xo. 4 Licensing Authority (the Hamilton Borough Council) to refuse an application for a license to conduct an omnibus service between Hamilton and Cambridge is to be the subject of an appeal by the applicant, Mr. C. W. F. Trethoven. Authority was granted to Mr. H. Innes-Jones to use an additional bus on the Hamilton-Cambridge service.
