ROTORUA BANKRUPTCY.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.)"

ROTORUA, this day.

A meeting of the creditors of Stanley P. Parsons was held this morning, Mr. J. H. Robertson, the Official Assignee, presiding.

Bankrupt's statement showed that debts owing to unsecured creditors totalled £656 and assets £212, leaving a deficiency of £444. He ascribed his position to difficulties with a motor truck and to unsatisfactory tyres, which adversely affected the contracts he had entered into.

The creditors recognised that banknipt was a liard worker and expressed sympathy.
