In a case' in which S. E. Cooper. Ltd., Levin and Co., Ltd., claimed dam-ages-from the Wellington Harbour Board in respect of goods stolen from a wharf shed, Mr. E. Page, S.M.. gave his reserved decision for the defendants. Ha said he had come to the conclusion that the board had exercised reasonable care* and that it could not be held liable for I the loss of the goods.
