Rowdy Meeting Greets Mr. Bruce At Adelaide.
STRIKES DEALT WITH.
(Received 12 noon.)
ADELAIDE, this day.
Mr. S. M. Bruce had a stormy reception and was heckled right through his address, which dealt with industrial affairs and the waterside strike, and eventually was counted out.
Mr. Bruce emphatically denied that he was bringing foreigners into the country to displace Australian workmen.
