H. Buddin, Dynes Fulton, G. F. Saunders and J. W. Brown, 20 shares each. Private. H. O. Trewheela, Ltd. Objects: To carry on the business of woodworkers and joiners. Capital: £1200 in £1 shares. Subscribers: H. O. M. Trewheela, 900 shares; T. A. Holdsworth, 300 shares. Company Debentures and Charges. The following has appeared in the "Mercantile Gazette":— 'Heard's Ltd., to bearer. Debenture, September 28-October 5; £10,000, 7 per cent; charged on undertaking and all property, including uncalled capital. Increase of Capital. R. Hannah and Co., Ltd., Wellington. Capital increased from £250,000 t0'£750,000 by creation of ,500,000 new shares of £1 each. Wairoa Finance Co., Ltd. Capital increased by addition thereto of £1500 in 1500 shares of £1 each beyond the registered capital of £3000.
