CYCLISTS' COLLISION.

ONE AWARDED £200 DAMAGES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", this day. A collision* between two cyclists gave rise to a claim for £199 19/ for damages to-day. The claimant was James George Harp, a cycle dealer, and the defendant was Henry Lang, a motor menchanic. - Although a defence had been filed, defendant failed to appear. It was shown that Lang ran off a footpath from behind a car and collided with Harp, injuring'his hip bone and pelvis. Mr. . Wyvern Wilson, S.M., awarded full damages.
