COURT BEGINS LATE.

TRAFFIC CONTROL PRAISED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The Magistrate's Court sitting did not begin punctually to-day. On taking the bench at 10JO a.m., Mr. Mosley, S.M., expressed regret at the delay, but said events had happened of a character that had never happened in the country before. He paid a tribute to the handling of the traffic. v "It was marvellous to see thousands of cars being controlled like clockwork," he said.
