OUT OF LAST CLASSIC. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY. September 4. Sir Hugo Cunliffe Owen's colt Felstead. which won the Derby this year, has been scratched for the St. Leger, the last of the classic races. For tTie past two or three weeks the horse has been under suspicion on account of lameness.
