DUNEDIN EXHIBITION.
REPETITION IK MINIATURE. PERMANENT BUILDINGS PROPOSED (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, this day. A miniature South Seas Exhibition, to be held each year, in Dunedin, is being proposed. For years past the space at the Winter Show buildings has been inadequate for the joint display, on a fitting scale, of the primary and secondary products of Otago, and an ambitious scheme for the reconstruction of Tahuna Park and erection of fine buildings there has been prepared. The scheme proposed is estimated to cost £25,000 at the start, but provision is made for expansion. It is proposed to provide every facility, such as proper exhibition buildings, sports grounds, tea rooms, an amusement park and a motor Olvmpia, to attract the public. Members of the Dunedin Manufacturers' Association have —"Mnimously decided to further the project.
