M. Venizelos Gratified At His Victory. HO .3 TO CREATE A SENATE. (•'Times" Cables.) ATHENS, August 21. In an address to his friends M. Venizelos said his victory at the election is the most satisfactory event of his long political career. He fully realised hU obligations to his party and the people, and his enormous majority would enable him to carry out his complete programme. The Premier says he hopes a bill creating a Senate will be passed this year. Parliament will then proceed to the election of a President.
